MTNL shortly announced the commercial launching of the 3G services in Delhi. This would happen in a period of 10 days - close to the end of the month. Anyhow, Mumbai users would have to wait for around two weeks till they get the same. It’s Mumbai launch is currently planned in the first week of February.
