As March approaches, Jammu and Kashmir is going to witness the launch of 3G services by the public telecom provider BSNL. BSNL is ready to launch the much anticipated service in J&K. Anyhow, the circle doesn't seem to be very attractive, and hence we don’t see many subscribers for the service. Moreover, BSNL looks less concerned and has set the third month of the year as the official date for launching of the serives.
