Idea Cellular brings roamer infoline

One of the leading mobile service provider in India, Idea Cellular has brought a new VAS called Idea Roamer Infoline. Roamer infoline is mainly for those users who roam frequently. An easy to use IVR based service along with SMS integration, facilitates the customers roaming on Idea networks with relevant information.


Subscribers need to dial 56665 and follow the IVR, the information required by the customer will be provided through an SMS .The new service of Idea offers roamers in an Idea Network access information related to pharmacies, hotels, shopping malls, coffee shops and ATM’s. It fulfills all the needs of roaming customers. They are provided with different categories to search for information.

Customers can get any information while on roaming, charges are Rs 3/min for a national in roamer. Presently, the service is available in Rajasthan, Maharashtra , Tamil Nadu, Kolkata,West Bengal, Delhi, Bihar, Karnataka and Mumbai.
