Recently, MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd.) has announced affordable and attractive tariff mobile phone plans for the its customers. The company is providing its services in only in two Indian cities like Delhi and Mumbai. With the launch of the new tariff plans, the company wants to achieve a good position in Indian mobile market.
MTNL is offering these plans for the Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Goa. The offers are: Night calling pack with recharge cost of Rs. 30 and the user will get 5 paisa per minute (MTNL to MTNL calls) and other local call to 30 paisa per minute. This plan will be valid for 20 days. The second plan is for heavy SMS user which can get 500 local and national SMSs free with recharge of Rs. 30 per month.

The third special tariff pack is Rs. 39 per month and customer will avail 39 paisa per call to all MTNL to MTNL connections in Mumbai, Goa and Maharashtra.
The MTNL customers can avail all local and STD number with 48 paisa per minute with the recharge of Rs. 48 pack. This pack will work for 6 months. According to company that these all the plans are available for prepaid and postpaid consumers of the company. And with the launch of these affordable and several tariff plans the company wants to grab the Indian subscribe market. Nokia, LG, Samsung, Motorola, and other mobile handset makers are also offering mouth-watering contests on the eve of Christmas.
